Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy services, work with families and caregivers, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Position is part-time right now, but has the potential to grow into full-time quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (receptive, expressive, pragmatic, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding)

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct therapy (individual, group, teletherapy)

  • Monitor and document client progress; prepare reports

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

  • Consult with families, caregivers, schools

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, or equivalent

  • Valid license or eligibility to be licensed in Washington State

  • ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification preferred

  • Experience working with pediatric populations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and standards

Schedule & Hours:
Approximately 10–25 hours/week, flexible scheduling depending on caseload and client needs. We highly value therapist's work/life balance and work in a Sprint Based Model that allows for frequent breaks for therapists and clients to recharge and practice their skills. Learn more on our website. 

Compensation:
Depending on Experience, up to $65/hr (or negotiable based on experience, credentialing, schedule and caseload).
